I love teaching and learning, and I am passionate about music! I've participated in orchestra, piano lessons, marching band, and other music activities. If it involved music, I was there. I played the harp for most of my high school years, and I had the dream of studying harp performance, but through a long process of seeing more of the world and getting to know myself and others better, I began to think seriously about going into music education instead.

 

As a classroom teacher, I felt that I could better teach orchestra as a viola student. I began learning the viola, a process that has blessed me with a new perspective.

 

My goal is to give as many students as possible access to quality music learning.
